Slavka Toleva, 91, of South Elgin passed away on June 27, 2024. She was born in Bulgaria on December 12, 1932 to the late George and Dimitra Veklov. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 11am St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church. Interment will follow at River Valley Memorial Gardens.
