A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. With humble acceptance of God’s will, it is with our deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father & lolo, Engr. Maximiano M. Calalo, 78, of Manhattan, IL on February 11, 2025.
He was born in the Philippines to the late Placido and Ramona Calalo. He is survived by his wife, Eugenia; daughters, Gemma (Julius) Ancheta and Grace (Gilbert) Olazo; grandchildren, Julia, Georgina, Gabriel and Gaile; and siblings, Librado and Isidra Calalo.
He lived a remarkable life filled with faith, passion and love. Max brought so much light and love into the lives of many. He will be deeply missed & forever remembered.
