Konstantinos Fildisis

Konstantinos Fildisis, 82, of Park Ridge passed away on September 2, 2022. He was born in Greece on January 4, 1940 to Elias and Ourania Fildisis. He owned a restaurant named " Hellas" in Edgewater , Chicago. One of his passions was cooking as he was an outstanding chef that served the people of Chicago at his store for over 40 years. In addition, he loved sports. He loved to watch his kids grow up playing and then his grandkids. It was quite the pleasure for him. He was a simple man and was a family man. Everything was always dedicated to his family. He was a kind Greek man who treated everyone the same as he served the public of Chicago for decades. He is survived by his wife, Roula Fildisis; children, Louis Fildisis and Iliana G. (George) Mellos; and grandchildren, Peter Mellos, Kosta Mellos , and Stefanos Mellos.
