Joseph A. Parrillo, age 93, born and raised in Chicago, IL went to be with the Lord on July 20, 2021. Joseph was a WWII Army Veteran where he worked as a clerk in the Pentagon. Joseph loved to fly airplanes, was a licensed pilot of private Cessna aircraft, created model airplanes & kites to fly with his grandchildren, enjoyed collecting train sets, played the accordion, loved making family home movies, and was a retired auto mechanic. Joseph was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and will be deeply missed. Joseph was preceded in death by his father & mother Antonio & Josephine; brothers and sisters James (Betty); Mary (Galen) Snider; Christine (Wallace) Lindblad; Theresa (Peter) Greco; Lucille (Jorge) Albronoz; Alfonso (Lena); William (Teresa); Rose (Russell) Standish; son-in-law Kenneth Ogle. Joseph is survived by his wife, Dolores (nee Lavacchi); daughters, Patricia (James) Malarski; Sharon Ogle; son Michael (Sindi) Parrillo; grandchildren, Amy Woolum; Jennifer (Jason) Vargas; Jamie (Michael) Wargacki; Joseph Parrillo; and great grandchildren, Alexis Valentine; Christopher and Emma Vargas; Timothy and Joshua Wargacki; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
