Angeliki Stephenson

Angeliki Stephenson, 95, of Des Plaines passed away peacefully on September 8, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was born in Istanbul, TR on April 14, 1929 to the late Anastasios and Ioanna Degaitis. She was a lifelong member at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church. 

Beloved wife of the late Konstantine; Loving mother of Yolanda Stephenson-Bassi, Helen (the late Percy) Pollard, Jane (Dr. Spiros) Analitis, Marina Gerber; Devoted yiayia of Constantine “Dino” (Kotono) Pollard, Angelica (Anthony) Batha, Dionysios (MariEleni) Analitis, Nicholas Analitis, Janet Carr; Great grandmother of Helena Pollard, Philip Pollard, Benjamin Batha; Dear sister of the late Hariklia Degaitis, the late Chris (Jolanta) Degaitis; Fond aunt of Christopher Degaitis; she is also survived by many many friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 1pm at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 7373 N. Caldwell Ave., Niles, IL 60714. Interment will follow at Ridgewood Memorial Park.
